"People always keep saying "hey listen to my ring tone" and I say "I really don't want to" but they play it for you anyway....It's enough to make you wanna grab their phone and cram it up their cancer ridden arses"
HahaHAA!! And the toilet monster....I always dreaded those outhouses, like at my grandparents cabin as a kid, be taking the flashlight in search below with paranoia...and almost **kerplunking** it through the hole!! EEk!!! This piece is fantastic, I love the details of its gnarly teeth..feel sorry for the hand that reaches down that drain!! Yipes!!
Spectacular job as usual, although if I could offer my humble critique, I'd say that the one thing that this guy's missing that your two previous ones had is a sense of landscape.
Part of what made your other two so cool (especially Lakitu) was the view of the landscape, which not only gave the character an updated look, but also updated its surroundings to a more gothic, epic scale.
But hey, still, awesome work, can't wait to see the next one!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
